Every project is quoted individually, as a whole. You know the cost before we start.
Hourly
You pay for the time actually worked — no time-consuming estimates.
CAAS subscription
A fixed, predictable cost and access to a design team. No cap on requests and no hidden costs — the scope is set only by the time in your plan.

How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted individually. You can choose a fixed price for the whole project, hourly billing with no estimates, or a CAAS subscription. Write to weare@caasual.pl and we’ll prepare a quote.
How does the CAAS subscription work?
It’s design as a subscription: you pay a fixed monthly fee and get access to our team. We don’t quote every request separately — how much we do is set only by the time in your plan.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We work with clients across Poland and worldwide, and by default we meet on Google Meet. If you prefer, we can also meet in person.
Who do you usually work with?
