AI implementation in the design process that gives your teams time back
We bring AI into your company’s design processes so marketing, sales and development get finished, on-brand materials faster — without growing your design team.
Sound familiar?
- Marketing. Campaigns wait because every new format, size and language version joins the designers’ queue.
- Development. Developers get incomplete designs, and back-and-forth questions and post-release fixes eat the time planned for new features.
- Leadership. Your design team has become a bottleneck: more work means longer deadlines or another hire.
- Sales and HR. Decks and job ads made with AI on their own don’t look like your brand.
- AI rollout. Development or marketing already works with AI, yet projects are still stuck, just somewhere else: in mockups, specs and sign-offs.
- No in-house designers. You want to make content with AI but don’t know where to start so it doesn’t look like everything else online.
How we solve it
More output, same team
We automate adaptations, formats and language versions. Marketing gets the full set of materials faster, and designers focus on work that needs an idea.
Designs ready to build
We streamline the design handoff: developers get a complete, documented design. Fewer questions and fixes, more predictable sprints.
Consistency without policing
AI checks that design and code match your design system. Inconsistencies surface right away, not after launch.
AI that knows your brand
We describe your brand so generative tools reproduce it faithfully. Sales, HR and marketing create materials with AI that look like your brand.
What stays with your company
- A process map. You know where work waits today, how long it takes and which process to start with. It’s also the baseline for measuring results.
- An AI-readable brand. Colours and typography as concrete values, tone of voice shown through examples, and instructions connected to the tools your team uses.
- Templates with rules. Campaign formats designed once, with a description of what can change. AI prepares new sizes and language versions, and a designer approves them.
- Designs ready to build. A list of what a design for developers must include, and AI that catches missing states and descriptions before the design reaches the team.
- Consistency checks. Design system values stored in code, instructions for AI agents and automatic checks of new screens and materials.
- Rules for working with AI. Limits written down: what AI never generates for you and who signs content off before publishing.
How others do it
Companies that brought AI into their design process well tend to do it the same way: the brand and the rules are built into the tools, and people have the final say. A few examples from the market, covered in more detail on our blog.
- 8 hours instead of 8 weeks
An international food company built an AI tool that draws on its brand guidelines, product catalogue and photo libraries. That’s how long content for a new product takes today (technology vendor’s figures).
Read on the blog - 20 times fewer designers than engineers
The design team at a tech company keeps up with engineering because, instead of fixing finished screens, it builds the components engineers use to assemble the interface themselves.
Read on the blog - A dozen minutes instead of several hours
A Polish start-up generates graphics with AI, and a designer and an art director adapt them to the brand’s style. That’s how long one graphic takes today (company figures).

A fintech company gave its AI agents access to its design system. The agents stopped typing in random colours and building their own buttons.

We know design from the inside
We are designers, not a tool vendor. We know what can be handed to AI without losing quality and what has to stay with people — so we speed up the work without putting your brand at risk.
We tested this way of working on ourselves first, and our client rollout is confidential, so we don’t show its details. We know every program used in professional design workflows, from design tools to popular AI agents, so we work with whatever your team already uses.
How it works
Free call
Tell us where projects get stuck: at which stage and between which teams.
Process map
We check where work waits and how long it takes. We show where AI will give your teams time back fastest and what’s better left unautomated.
Rollout
We start with one repetitive process. We write down the rules, choose the tools and build them into your teams’ everyday work, not just the design team’s.
Quality control
We compare the result with the baseline: time from brief to finished materials, the number of fixes and brand consistency.
AI workshops and training for your staff
An implementation works when people know how to use it. That is why we run workshops for marketing, sales, HR, development and design teams, on your own materials and in the tools you use every day.
Process discovery
Together with your teams we map how projects and materials are made today: who waits for whom, what repeats and where AI can help. You leave with a process map and a list of first changes.
Implementation workshops
We launch the new way of working with your team on a real task, agree on rules and roles, and then check that it holds up in daily work.
Tool training
Hands-on training in AI tools and design software, matched to the group’s level: from first steps to advanced work with AI agents.
We agree the scope, length and number of participants with you, depending on how many processes we cover and how experienced the team is. After the workshops your company keeps documented processes and practical tool skills that the team uses in its daily work.

FAQ
Who from our company should join the call?
The person who sees where projects get stuck: the owner, the head of marketing or a tech lead. We’ll bring your designers in at the process map stage.
Where should a company start with AI adoption?
With a process map, not with tools. We check where work waits today and how long it takes, then pick one repetitive process where AI will give your teams time back fastest.
How long does an AI implementation take?
It depends on the scope: the number of processes, teams and tools. We start with one repetitive process and set the schedule after the process map, once we know exactly what we are changing.
Do you run AI training for companies?
Yes. We run workshops for staff: internal process discovery, implementation workshops and hands-on training in AI tools. We tailor the programme, length and group size to your team and practise on your own materials.
Will AI replace our design team?
No. The same team will do more, because AI takes over repetitive tasks. Decisions, taste and brand character stay with people — productivity grows, not headcount.
Won’t AI-made content hurt our brand?
Not if the brand is built into the process. Before your team starts using AI, we describe the brand so tools reproduce it faithfully, write down what AI never generates for you and agree who signs content off before publishing.
Is it enough to paste our brand book into an AI chat?
Usually not. A PDF brand book describes the brand to people, not to tools. Rules written as concrete values, templates and examples, connected to the tools your team uses, work much better.
We don’t have in-house designers. Is this for us?
Yes. We then start with an AI-readable brand, so marketing, sales or HR can create consistent materials on their own. Bigger projects you can hand over to us, also as a CAAS subscription.
Which tools do you work with?
The ones your team uses. We know every program used in professional design and marketing workflows, from design tools to popular AI agents. We fit the tools to the process, not the other way round.
Have you done rollouts already?
Yes. We tested this way of working on ourselves first. Our client rollout is confidential, so we don’t show its details, but we’re happy to walk you through the process on a call.
Do you automate business processes, like finance or document workflows?
No. We work on the processes where designs and brand materials are made — from campaigns and sales decks, through design handoff, to design systems.
How much does it cost?
Every rollout is quoted individually — as a whole, hourly with no estimates, or as a CAAS subscription. We’ll agree on scope and cost after the first call.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We work with teams across Poland and worldwide, by default on Google Meet.
Let’s see how much time your teams can get back
Leave your email and we’ll reply with times for a short call on Google Meet. No commitment — after the call you’ll know what’s worth automating first.
